On Friday, 27 January 2012 Andre Murray Filed a Form 25A Notice of Application for Leave to Appeal IN THE SUPREME COURT OF CANADA:
As a UNREPRESENTED
LITIGANT this has cost me $65.00 sixty five dollars for printing the
required documents for filing; $30.00 thirty dollars for courier of
documents to Ottawa; $75.00 seventy five dollars filing fee; and 2
months of intense studying for me to file a Form 25A Notice of
Application for Leave to Appeal with THE SUPREME COURT OF CANADA
regarding a matter of the Court of Queens Bench and the COURT OF APPEAL
of New Brunswick not granting my request, a APPLICATION for CONTINUANCE
of my ACTION which is necessary to keep my Claim for Lien alive
according to the Mechanics Lien Act of New Brunswick.
